Grief Groups are open, at no charge, to those in the community who have experienced the death of a loved one more than three months ago. All Grief Groups meet at the McKinnon Hospice Center located at 5003 Hospice Lane in Kannapolis (located off of Kannapolis Pkwy near the Mooresville Rd intersection). Bereaved Parents Group
The 3rd Monday of each month,
